Order of Dismissal due to Withdrawal of Hearing Request
ComWin, Inc. filed a request for hearing on August 6, 2002, which sought review of the determination the Administrator made on July 26, 2002 that ComWin, Inc. had failed to pay the required wage rate to an employee hired under a Labor Condition Application. The hearing request has been withdrawn by a letter dated August 10, 2002 from the President of ComWin, Inc. Based on this withdrawal it is ORDERED that:
1. This matter is removed from the hearing calendar;
2. The proceeding is dismissed; and
3. The Administrator's determination dated July 26, 2002 remains in effect, 20 C.F.R. § 655.810.
