GSA provides several purchasing vehicles to obtain Consulting and Systems Integration. These vehicles are broken out into three different categories, which include Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Technology Contracts and GSA Schedule 70.

Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs)

Task order or delivery order contracts for Information Technology (IT) established by one agency for governmentwide use. Each GWAC is operated by an executive agent designated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). To use GWACs, agencies must obtain a delegation of authority from the GWAC Program Office. Listed below are the GWACs that represent Consulting and Systems Integration.

Technology Contracts

Technology Contracts cover the whole spectrum of information technology solutions, from network services and information assurance to telecommunications and purchase of hardware and software. Listed below are the Technology Contracts that represent Consulting and Systems Integration.

IT Schedule 70

IT Schedule 70 is great for large and small purchases by organizations that are self-sufficient in technical and contracting expertise. GSA offers pre-qualified resources to meet federal, state and local government agency needs--with more than 5,000 contracts for IT and telecommunications products and services.
