DECISION AND ORDER ADOPTING CONSENT FINDINGS
This matter was scheduled for hearing in Brainerd,
Minnesota for July 11, 1994. However, the parties have provided
executed consent findings by a transmittal of July 6, 1994
wherein the Respondents withdrew their exception to the
assessment of civil money penalties and have tendered payment to
the Plaintiff. Therefore, the hearing is CANCELLED
and the request for hearing is DISMISSED.
The findings appearing appropriate are adapted as made after
a full hearing and consideration on the merits.
