On July 21, 1994 the Regional Solicitor transmitted
consent findings in this matter. A review of the findings
discloses their reasonableness.
Therefore, the consent findings are ADOPTED as
though they were made after a full hearing and adjudication on
the merits.
The request for hearing (the exception to the original
assessment) is DISMISSED.
