ORDER GRANTING REQUEST TO WITHDRAW APPEAL
On March 6, 2002, the Respondent filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Appeal, stating that the outstanding issues had been resolved, and requesting that its appeal be withdrawn. Respondent notified counsel for the Administrator, Wage and Hour Division, who has not filed an objection to the request.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Respondent's request to Withdraw its Appeal is granted, and this matter is dismissed.
