	Important Change To STC Solicitation (NSF 08-580) Please Note: NSF has modified the Science and Technology Centers: Integrative Partnerships Program Solicitation (NSF 08-580) as follows: The organizational restriction which specified: "A single organization may also request funding via a subaward as a funded partner organization. In no case, may an organization request funds as a lead or funded partner organization on more than five preliminary proposals." has been eliminated. The restriction on the number of preliminary proposals that an organization may submit as the lead organization remains unchanged at three. In consideration of this change, the deadline for submission of preliminary proposals has been extended to 5 p.m., proposer's local time, on October 14, 2008.
