TRAINING:	No special training requirements have been identified for any documents issued with this change notice.
REMARKS:	IP 60853 (On-Site Fabrication of Components and Construction of an ISFSI) has been revised to incorporate lessons learned from inspections conducted over the past three years, as well as format changes and the use of "plain English." No significant change in FTE or DIE has occurred.
	IP 83822 (Radiation Protection) has been revised to make the procedure more performance based.
