ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
This action arises under §502(c)(2) of the Employee Retirement
Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) 29 U.S.C. §1132(I). A hearing was scheduled in
Long Beach, California for June 23, 1997.
The parties have settled this case and submitted "Stipulation for
Dismissal and Order". I find that the proposed settlement complies with 29 C.F.R.
§2570.6(b). Therefore I adopt and by this reference incorporate herein the
"Stipulation for Dismissal and Order", and I make this order and the document
incorporated the final agency action.
Accordingly, this matter is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
