In 2005, Training and Employment Guidance Letters
(TEGLs) replace DINAP Bulletins as the Department’s means of
providing policy directives, information, and guidance to the
Indian and Native American, and Alaskan and Hawaiian native
grantee community. DINAP Bulletins are in effect until modified,
rescinded, or expired.
