Hahn will be Speaker at The Nature Conservancy, San Diego

Caldwell Hahn will participate in an experts' workshop sponsored by The Nature Conservancy to address 'Conservation Management of the Island Scrub-Jay' at San Diego Zoo, Oct 24-25.  The meeting will address the risk posed by West Nile virus and management options to protect the endangered Channel Island Scrub-Jay population. Hahn will present the results of her experimental use of the Merial WNV vaccine, developed for horses, on birds.
