AUXDATA Pre-formatted Reports

Unit Summary Reports

Instructions for Generating Pre-formatted AUXINFO REPORTS :

Drilling: You can "drill down" to your unit (or member) of choice by "left clicking" the parent unit and continuing the process until you reach the unit or members that you desire.

To print your reports:

On the Web Explorer toolbar, click the Export PDF button.

A PDF version of the report opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader as a plug-in or in a separate window, depending on how the reader was installed.

On the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, click the Print button.

To return to your report in AUXINFO, click the Back button in your Web browser.

Bookmarks: Once you have "drilled down" to your unit, you may create a "bookmark" for your web browser. You can then save that bookmark in your browser's "favorites" and return to your report directly. (For more information about creating bookmarks click here)

Exporting Data: AUXINFO can export your report information in "CSV" format which can be used in spreadsheets. (For more information about exporting, click here)
