About
the project. The Providers
Partnership works with the MCHB and maternal and child health providers'
organizations to address health promotion/risk reduction behaviors, e.g. HIV,
tobacco, depression, psychosocial services.
Key issues. HIV, psychosocial screening, providing technical assistance, and convening meetings between ACOG leadership and state MCH (Title V) programs.
Building Public/Private Partnerships to Address Perinatal HIV: A Case Study in Connecticut. Determining how to increase rates of HIV counseling and testing of pregnant women in the state.
