These data tables display data provided by County Welfare Departments and other agencies concerning caseloads, costs, and services of the CalWORKs and related programs. As additional and/or revised data become available, they are updated and new versions are issued.
CA 237 CW - CalWORKs Cash Grant Caseload Movement Report
This monthly report includes data on CalWORKs caseload movement for Two Parent Families, Zero Parent Families, All Other Families, TANF Timed-Out Cases, and Safety Net Cases. This report includes data on applications requested or restored, the number of cases added during the month, the number of cases exiting during the month, and the number of cases transferred from other counties during the month.
CA 237 EA - Title IV-A Emergency Assistance (EA) Program Caseload Report
This monthly report includes data on the number of Child Welfare Services cases receiving Emergency Assistance during the month in Emergency Shelters, EA/Foster Care and Crisis Resolution Services.
CA 237 HA - CalWORKs Homeless Assistance Program Monthly Statistical Report
This monthly report includes data on the number of Homeless Assistance requests received, approved, and denied during the month. It also includes the number of days authorized for temporary shelter requests, and the net expenditures of temporary and permanent shelter cases.
CA 253 CW - CalWORKs Report on Reasons for Discontinuances of Cash Grant
This monthly report includes data on the number of CalWORKs cases discontinued from the cash grant program for Two Parent Families, Zero Parent Families, All Other Families, TANF Timed-Out Cases, and Safety Net Cases. The report includes reasons for discontinuance of these cases, and data on the movement of cases within the specific family segments in the CalWORKs program.
CA 255 CW - CalWORKs Report on Reasons for Denials and Other Non-Approvals of Applications for Cash Grant
This monthly report includes data on the number of CalWORKs cases denied and the reasons for denial for Two Parent Families, Zero Parent Families, All Other Families, TANF Timed-Out Cases, and Safety Net Cases during the month. Also included is the number of applications canceled or withdrawn, and the number of non-approvals because the client could not be located or had moved.
CalWORKs Adult Recipients Quarterly Wage Earning Reports
These tables report the number of adults and the receipt of employer reported earnings for California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) adult recipients.
CW 115 - Child Care Monthly Report - CalWORKs Families
This monthly report includes data on the number of CalWORKs families and children for whom Stage 1 child care payments were made in the report month broken out by the families' participation in the Welfare-to-Work or Cal-Learn Programs, or who were No Longer on Aid. Effective January 2003 this monthly report also includes the CalWORKs families and children who have timed-out of their 60 month eligibility (CalWORKs Safety Net Program).
CW 115A - Child Care Monthly Report - Two-Parent Families
This monthly report includes data on the number of Two Parent families and children for whom Stage 1 child care payments were made in the report month broken out by the families' participation in the Welfare-to-Work or Cal-Learn Programs, or who were No Longer on Aid. STAT 45 - Cal-Learn Program Teen Parent Monthly Status Report
This monthly report includes data on the number of Cal-Learn teen parents; including those who were exempt, deferred, sanctioned and discontinued during the month. It includes data on the number of teen parents who were either issued a bonus payment or a sanction and the reasons. It also provides the number of teen parents who were issued a payment for transportation or ancillary expenses.
WTW 25 - CalWORKs Welfare-to-Work Monthly Activity Report - All (Other) Families
This monthly report includes the number of All (Other) Families who are enrolled in mandatory WTW employment-preparation activities. It also includes those enrollees who have been exempted from these employment requirements, those who have been sanctioned for failure to comply with the mandates, and those who have been terminated from employment components due to time limits and due to employment obtained during the month.
WTW 25A - CalWORKs Welfare-to-Work Monthly Activity Report -Two-Parent Families
This monthly report includes the number of Two-Parent Family adults and minor heads of households who are enrolled in mandatory WTW employment-preparation activities. It also includes those enrollees who have been exempted from these employment requirements, those who have been sanctioned for failure to comply with the mandates, and those who have been terminated from employment components due to time limits and due to employment obtained during the month.
