This quarterly publication (formerly known as the PA 4) summarizes the monthly DPA 266 Fraud Investigation Activity Report. The publication includes data on CalWORKs and Food Stamp fraud activities, including the number and percentage of investigations received, accepted, rejected, completed, and the results of the completed investigations.
