Subject:         Annual Report on Enforcement of the Age Discrimination Act of 1975

This is a reminder that the annual report on steps you have taken to enforce the Age Discrimination Act during FY 2001 are due. Attached, for your information, is the letter from the Department of Health and Human Services requesting the annual report and outlining what the reports should include.

As you know, this is an annual report required each January 31^st. This year they extended the due date to February 15^th. Please provide your input to Melvin Fowler no later than February 13, 2002.
