Trypticase Soy-Tryptose Broth

Trypticase soy broth
(commercial, dehydrated)
15 g
Tryptose broth
(commercial, dehydrated)
13.5 g
Yeast extract 3 g
Distilled water 1 liter

 

Dissolve ingredients in 1 liter water. Heat gently to dissolve. Dispense 5 ml portions into 16 x 150 mm test tubes. Autoclave 15 min at 1210C. Final pH, 7.2 1 0.2.
