Tris-Buffered Saline (TBS), with Gelatin

1% solution


Gelatin 1 g
TBS, pH 7.5 [R81] 100 ml


3% solution


Gelatin 3 g
TBS, pH 7.5 [R81] 100 ml


Add gelatin to TBS at 40°C. Stir to dissolve. Cool to room temperature before use.
