RELOCATION SERVICES, SCHEDULE 653

Contract Requirements

SIN 653-1 RELOCATION SERVICE PACKAGE

  • SIN 653-1A HOME SALE SERVICES

Appraised Value Sale: The appraisal leads to a guaranteed offer. The employee sells their home to the contractor after marketing the home according to agency guidelines. The contractor places the home back on the market for resale.
Amended Value Sale: A valid offer from a qualified outside buyer leads to the contractor purchasing the home from the employee and closing with the independent buyer.
