FRED
The Federal Research and Evaluation Database (FRED) enables analysis of the Workforce Investment Act Standardized Record Data (WIASRD), which is data annually submitted by states on WIA exiters' demographic characteristics, the services they received, and the outcomes they achieved after exit. FRED currently contains information on exiters from the PY04 WIASRD.

TEGL 19-06 To inform states of the guidelines for negotiating Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Title 1B performance and customer satisfaction goals and performance levels for the Wagner-Peyser Act Program for Program Year (PY) 2007 and PY 2008.
