| We (St. Joseph/Buchanan County) are starting from scratch with the CERT program. We plan on holding 6 classes within 3 months begining in May, 2004. We hope through the involvement of volunteers and business's the CERT program will become self maintaining. I also hope to make CERT a budgeted item for years to come. |
