Cert Description
The CJCEMA is an emergency management agency consitsting of the city of Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Lake Tapawingo and surrounding unincorporated areas. In mutual cooperation with the Blue Springs Police Department, Grain Valley Police Department and Central Jackson County Fire Protection District more than 75000 constituents will benifit from the training delivered by the CERT program.
