| Cert Description |
| The City of South Jordan CERT program is under the direction of the fire department. This department trains the public and business in the basic CERT class. The CERT program is also responsible for organizing the city into grid areas and organizing neighborhood teams. The CERT program is an important part of the cities emergency management program. The CERT instructors are also available to teach inservice/update classes. Citizens are welcome and encouraged to get involved with the CERT Advisory Committee.
