Cert Description
The goal of SVPI's CERT program is to provide training to citizens of the Shenandoah Valley in Disaster Preparedness and Mitigation, Fire Safety and Supression, Basic First Aid skills, crime prevention methods, and terrorism awareness to empower them to help their families and neighbors in the event of an emergency, natural or man-made disaster.
