| The Community Board 12M, Community Emergency Response Team(CERT)is designed to train and support the residents of the Washington Heights-Inwood Community to better respond to emergency situations which occur in the community of over 250,000.
When disasters and emergencies occur, CB12M CERT members can provide immediate assistance to our neighbors in that we have been trained and continually upgrade our skills to act as second responders. |
