| The Fairfield Plantation CERT Team was formed in April 2006 with a total of 26 certified members and with the assistance of our volunteer fire department and security agency. In a gated community with over 1600 homes located in Carroll County with 41 miles of road, a golf course, pools, and three lakes, our goal is to have at least 50 Cert members (5 members per section). |
