| Cert Description |
| The Barrow County CERT program is being developed to aid the professional responders in the event of a major disaster within the county. The program is open to all residents of the county (18 and older). The team currently consists of 20 volunteers fron across the county. This number is expected to grow substantially as additional training sessions are scheduled. The first class was certified in June 2006, with a second class being certified in October 2006. |
