| Cert Description |
| This is an 8-week course with classes held one night a week from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. The final class is conducted on a Saturday from 8am to 12pm and includes a final exam and an interactive disaster exercise. Our goal is to help citizens of Gwinnett County prepare themselves and their families to respond to emergency situations. The course also teaches participants how to respond within their neighborhood during emergencies or disaster situations when first responder resources are depleted and are not immediately available.
