Cert Description
The St. Joseph County, IN CERT Program is co-sponsored by St. Joseph County Emergency Management, St. Joseph County Citizen Corps Council and the St. Joseph County Firefighters Association. The CERT program in St. Joseph County, IN has been developed to train citizens in neighborhoods, workplaces and educational facilities to safely respond to disasters and emergencies in their neighborhoods, workplaces and educational facilities during the time it takes for public safety responders to arrive.
