| Elkhart County's CERT is recruiting and training volunteers to respond to disasters both manmade and natural. We are focused on an all hazards approach to preparedness. We believe this can be best accomplished by educating ourselves and others to prepare for disaster before it strikes. With the CERT program we hope to have volunteers who can take care of themselves, their family, their friends, and their neighbors during the first critical 72 hours after a disaster. |
