Baltimore CERT: Learn to prepare and protect your family, your home, and your community. CERT members train with others of the local community and serve the neighborhoods in which they live.Neighbor helping neighbor. CERT members are trained in C.P.R. and basic first aid,shelter management, traffic control and many other duties that leave city government available to handle more pressing needs during a major disaster. Some neighborhods have teams, many need them, contact us to find out where neighbors are needed.
