Cert Description
The Caroline County Community Emergency Response Training program prepares citizens and businesses to care for themselves, families, neighbors, employees and co-workers, before, during, and after a natural or man-made disaster. The program consists of approximately 30 hours of training including hands-on practical applications and lecture.
