| The VSEMA CERT is a regional team representing the towns of Chester,Clinton,Deep River,Durham,East Haddam,Essex,Haddam,Killingworth,Lyme,Middlefield,Old Lyme,Old Saybrook and Westbrook.Twentyfive students from the area towns have completed the CERT program. The goal is to train one hundred citizens to respond to an emergency on a as needed basis any where in the regional area. |
