The SCCOG CERT Program encompasses the Town and City of Groton,Towns of East Lyme and Waterford, The Mohegan Tribal Nation, City of New London, and the towns of Salem and Montville. Each town and city (with the exception of Groton Town and City) continues its own CERT, and regionalizes adminsitrative and training services via the Southeastern CT CERT Committee
