A CERT Council has been formed and the Caldwell Emergency Response Team will be governed by this Council. The Entities of the Response Team are the Land Search, Water Search, Communications and Shelter Operations. The goals are to equip and train members in their field of interest. Our objective is to form teams that are ready for multi-hazards and incidents.
