Sphere Overview The U.S. Office of Personnel Management and the Social Security Administration are working together on a pilot program to fundamentally change the way both agencies process disability applications. This pilot project is called FEDMER, which is short for Federal Medical Evidence of Record. You can be a part of this opportunity to provide better service to our customers.
