General Information
The Chief, Management Programs and Policy Division oversees comprehensive Information Management (IM) policies/procedures encompassing myriad programs in conformance with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) principles: Freedom of Information (FOIA) and Privacy Acts (PA), Records Management, E-Government, Postal, Information Collection (IC), Forms, and Correspondence. Oversee review of all CG directives/ publications, websites, and systems for IM implications.
