Line Count Data and Results From January 20, 2000 Posting

Users can obtain the complete model by downloading the file
"install.zip" from this page. After downloading, the user should
decompress this file using standard software packages such as Winzip or Pkzip for Windows,
while making sure that the directory structure of the compressed files is maintained. The
model can then be installed by running "setup.exe." After the installation is complete, it will be necessary for the user to place one or more customer location input files, with the proper format in the data directory. Documentation for both model algorithms and operation of the user interface is provided with the installation
package.
