MLCPAC has put in place Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) to facilitate the Coast Guard's rapid response in the event of an oil spill in the Pacific Area. The BOA lists are organized by Coast Guard District and are provided for the convenience of CG Marine Safety Offices (MSO), CG Marine Environmental Response (MER) activities and other ordering offices of the Federal Government.
