NEW SOURCE FOR TAPE RECORDINGS OF FCC MEETINGS | ||
Beginning November 1, 1997, audio and video recordings of all FCC meetings can be
purchased from:
Infocus 341 Victory Drive Herndon, VA 20170 (703) 834-0100 (703) 834-0111 (fax) The primary point of contact for receiving the orders from the public at Infocus will be Carole Clifton. Greg Warrick will be the alternate. The OPA TV Staff will not accept or fill any requests for the duplication of programs after October 31, 1997. Customers may purchase tapes from the contractor or provide their own. Tapes used are: Video -- 1/2" SVHS, 1/2" VHS and Audio cassettes -- C-90 (45 minutes per side). Customers should be prepared to provide date of meeting and, when appropriate, agenda item number, unless they want to the contractor to search for the information. Agenda item numbers are available from the Sunshine Agenda, published seven days before each meeting. The taped copies ordinarily will be mailed, but customers also may arrange to pick them up at Infocus offices. A customer's blank tape may be mailed or delivered to Infocus. The contractor's basic service will provide taped copies in three days. Same-day and next-day service will be provided on request, at a higher fee.
