Proposal to Amend the
Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FPLA)
for Permissible Metric-Only Labeling

Purpose: To Update Federal and State Packaging and Labeling Laws to Give Manufacturers the Option of Using Metric-Only Labeling on Packages.

This document contains proposed amendments to the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act.
