new rule for a competitive grant program
to fund broadcast television digital transition
projects for rural public television stations.
This rule is effective January 20, 2006.
Written comments must be received no later
than March 21, 2006. A Notice of Funds Available
will follow soon to announce opening and
closing dates for application and the amount
available for Fiscal Year 2006.
