Description
The Native Elder Health Care Resource Center is a national resource center for older American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians, with special emphasis on culturally competent health care. The Center's efforts are focused on: ascertaining health status and conditions, improving practice standards, increasing access to care, and mobilizing community resources. The NEHCRC is housed at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Department of Psychiatry.
