Diversity Booklets

As part of the Diversity Recognition Program, the Albuquerque Human Rights Office publishes a series of Diversity Booklets to highlight the contributions of various ethnic and cultural groups. The Diversity Booklets serve to educate and inform the public on the experiences of different groups in Albuquerque and foster an appreciation for the diversity in our city. Several booklets in their entirety can be viewed on this website, or you can request a free copy by contacting our office.

The Albuquerque Human Rights Office has published the following Diversity Booklets:

  • Reflections on Asian and Pacific Island Heritage in New Mexico
  • Reflections on Black Heritage in New Mexico
  • Reflections on Hispanic Heritage in New Mexico
  • Reflections on Irish-American Heritage
  • Reflections on Jewish-American Heritage
  • Reflections on Native Americans
  • Reflections on Women in New Mexico

Not all booklets are currently available online, but as more are updated they will be added to the website.
