  Enhancing WIA Performance Outcomes

This on-line tutorial is a Macromedia presentation that uses presentation slides with narration to guide you, the workforce development professional, through valuable on-line training.

It is designed so that individuals can take all or only specific topics based on their particular needs.

The courses offered are interactive, contain on-line Modules and quizzes, and can be downloaded for use at any time and taken at any pace.  The Tutorials on Enhancing Performance Outcomes are specifically targeted for front line adult and dislocated One-Stop Career Center staff, WIA youth provider staff, Wagner-Peyser/VETS employment services staff, program supervisors and administrators, Workforce Investment Board members and staff, and for any other groups who believe they could benefit from a better understanding of how to achieve enhanced performance outcomes for customers and programs.

Each course is composed of 1 or 2 Modules, and is made up of several parts, allowing for greater flexibility in understanding the material.

The tutorial is a MUST for new hires, and provides valuable, often unrecognized insights even for experienced staff.

The on-line courses offered also include Occasional Webinars which are recorded and archived Web-based, interactive seminars with downloadable handouts on a variety of topics.
