Gordon England is an exemplary public servant and true patriot. His experiences with mergers and the establishment of complex management and organizational systems have been critical to the effective start of the new department. One of his legacies of service will be his effort to lay the foundation for this new department.  We wish him well as he continues his service to this Administration and our country.
