FAIR Act Inventory

All Federal agencies are required by the provisions of the Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act of 1998 to establish an annual inventory of commercial activities performed in the Agency. NASA Headquarters has now posted its 2002 FAIR Act Inventory list to the following website: http://competitivesourcing.nasa.gov Answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) are also posted on the same website. Center Management encourages employees to check that source since it contains some background information which may be of interest to all.
