Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2
If you have type 2 diabetes and are aged 35 or older, you may be eligible to participate in this study.

Psoriasis and Psoriatic Disorders
If you are at least 18, have moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis, and are not pregnant or breast feeding, you may qualify for this study.
