NTIA Home PSIC Grant Program Technical Assistance

The Commerce Department's National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) held four one-day PSIC Grant Program Investment Justifications Workshops at the following locations:

  • Monday, September 24th -- South Region -- Dallas, Texas

  • Wednesday, September 26th -- Central Region -- Denver, Colorado

  • Friday, September 28th -- East Region -- Newark, New Jersey

  • Monday, October 1st -- West Region -- Los Angeles, California


  • The workshops were divided into five presentations which can be viewed below:

    In addition to these workshops, the PSIC Grant Program is providing technical assistance through the Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (ICTAP), to States, Territories, Tribal governments and local governments, so that Statewide Communications Interoperability Plans (SCIP) and Investment Justifications (IJ) submitted to the PSIC Grant Program address Program requirements. These services are available through mid-November.

    Assistance will be avilable on a limited basis and will consist of State IJ Development Workshops (On-Site) for those states most in need of assistance.
