Office of Extramural Programs Issued Correspondence
The Office of Extramural Programs will occasionally issue correspondence to applicants, grantees, and/or the general public to, for example, inform them about a matter such as a Federal Register publication or to clarify an issue. Such correspondence is not used as a means for establishing policy as that is the function of the CSREES Grants Policy and Procedures Bulletins (GPP Bulletins) but rather for informative and/or clarification purposes.
