CSREES participates in the U.S. Carbon Cycle Science Program in partnership with Commerce, Energy, Interior, EPA, NASA, and the National Science Foundation.
CSREES coordinates with the National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges (NASULGC) Section on Ecology.
CSREES collaborates with the U.S. Department of Energy and with NASA in the North American Carbon Program (NACP), focusing on carbon cycle science research.
CSREES funds the Consortium for Agricultural Soils Mitigation of Greenhouse Gases (CASMGS), which develops best management practices on carbon sequestration.
CSREES partners with The Farm Foundation to explore U.S. agriculture, environment and natural resources, and rural community vitality.
USDA Partnership Management Team coordinates research needs of the Natural Resources Conservation Service with the Agricultural Research Service and CSREES.
